If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Charity Leaf products are handcrafted. There may be slight variation in color, size, texture or finish. These are not considered flaws.
We ensure that our products are securely protected however due to the delicate nature of the products, they can be damaged in transit. If you’ve received damaged products, please take a picture of the product and contact us at hello@charityleaf.com and we will replace a new one for you.
*To receive a replacement free of charge, you must email us within 7 days of the arrival of your order if you have received a damaged item. You must submit photo evidence of the damaged product. If you notify us after 7 days, we will work with you to replace your damaged item, the shipping and handling costs need to be covered by you.
